Join our team and take part in an enriching “Graduate program through the Australian College of Nursing (ACN). This program is designed to help you bridge the gap between study and practice, supported by experienced clinical mentors who will guide you every step of the way.

As a Graduate Nurse in Aged Care, you’ll provide high-quality person-centred care to our residents, while developing your clinical skills, professional confidence and leadership abilities.

About You

You are a compassionate, motivated graduate nurse with a genuine interest in aged care and continuous learning. You bring empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to enhancing the lives of older Australians.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility upon graduation) as a Registered Nurse
  • A passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A desire to grow and learn within a supportive aged care environment
  • Current National Police Clearance
